Lockbox Orders

If you placed an order for the lockbox (*located at approximately 1 Sullivan Crest rd Elmira - big green shed) and want to arrange pick up, PLEASE give us a specific date and timeframe to have it there for you, giving us 48 hours notice, unless a true emergency.  (72 hours if ordered AFTER 5pm on Friday)

Earliest pick up time daily is 9am, also if it is freezing season and if your order contains anything liquid it could freeze and break if not picked up when you request it. Our creams also do not like to be left overnight in freezing or hot temps.  This is why we need to know your desired date and timeframe.  If you leave it open ended, it makes it harder for us because we do not know your schedule so please just let us know a desired timeframe.  Thank you!

On weekends, we are at events, so if you place an order from after 5pm Friday to Monday am, you may not get a reply on pick up arrangements.
