If you placed an order to be shipped PLEASE allow approximately 10ish business days, excluding holidays, for arrival, per online and email order confirmation.   All orders are hand made fresh and we so appreciate your patience.  Once shipped you will get an email notifying you.  We try hard to get it to you in this timeframe but again because it is made fresh, this may vary.

Also, we cannot add to your order, for a variety of reasons.  Please place a new order.  Thank you.

If you ordered BULK switchel or Sportchel BY Sunday your order will be ready for pick up after 10am on the Thursday of the week ordered.  If you order after Sunday, it will be ready the following THURDSAY because it was made FRESH for you!

Let us know date/time to have it there via email.

Infants: (10 weeks - 3 years) - 2-5 drops well-diluted in water/juice taken 3-5 times daily

Children: (4-10 years) - 5-15 drops well-diluted in water/juice taken 3-5 times daily

Adult: 1-2 droppers full (30-60 drops) in 1oz. water/juice. We use Switchel (night) or Sportchel (day) 2-5 times a day, depending on needs and severity

Senior: Seniors tend to be very sensitive to herbal therapy. A good starting dosage is 1 dropper full (30 drops) 1oz water/juice 3-5 times a day. We use Switchel (night) or Sportchel (day)

If you place an online order and want to cancel for any reason, you can have a full credit OR there is a $25 restocking fee if you want to be refunded.  This because we are charged this fee to refund. We are a micro business and apologize but we cannot absorb this cost if you change your mind.

Additionally, all sales are final and because everyone is so vastly different, we make no claims or guarantees on our products or services.
